Online Booking Terms & Conditions

  • No-Shows: If a player fails to attend on the booked date, their prepayment and paintballs are forfeited, though credits may be carried forward for a future visit at the company’s discretion.
  • Availability: All bookings are subject to availability. If your preferred date is unavailable, alternative dates will always be offered.
  • Payment & Refunds: Full payment is required to confirm your event. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure all players are able to attend before booking, as mistakes cannot be rectified after submission.
  • Short-Notice Bookings: Bookings requested within 3 days of the game date are provisional. You do not have a valid booking until you receive email confirmation. If you do not receive this, please call 1-800-568-8909.
  • Data Accuracy: We are unable to accept liability for errors resulting from incorrectly entered data (address, email, etc.). A valid email address is required for booking completion.
  • Minimum Age: Minimum age requirements vary by centre. Any player under the required age on the game date will not be permitted to play.
  • Location & Maps: Paintball centre locations are subject to change for reasons beyond our control and the location map is for guidance only.
  • Field Rules: Only paintballs purchased at the centre on the day of your event may be used. All players must follow safety rules; failure to comply will result in exclusion without refund.
  • Vouchers: Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or special offers.

Marketing, Imagery, and Representations

  • Illustrative Purposes: You acknowledge that all images, videos, and artwork on our website and social media are for illustrative purposes only. They provide a general representation of activities and zones.
  • Variation in Experience: Specific game zones, props, and obstacles are subject to change without notice due to site requirements, weather, or safety updates.
  • Equipment Specifications: Promotional “hero shots” may feature items available only as an upgrade. Upgrades (such as specific markers) are subject to availability and can only be requested on the day of the game. Standard equipment meets all functional safety standards but may differ aesthetically from pictured items.
  • No Guarantee of Replication: Participation does not guarantee your experience will exactly replicate promotional materials. By booking, you accept that the visuals of a live event are dynamic.

Dispute Resolution and Chargebacks

  • On-Site Resolution Requirement: If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your experience, you must notify the Centre Manager immediately on the day of the event. This “Opportunity to Cure” allows us to address concerns in real-time.
  • Acceptance of Service: Signing the safety waiver and participating for the scheduled duration constitutes full acceptance of the service rendered. Remaining on-site for the duration of the activity generally fulfills the contract.
  • Formal Complaint Procedure: Customers agree to exhaust our formal internal complaint procedure before initiating a dispute with a financial institution.
  • Defence of Claims: In the event of a “Service Not As Described” or “Fraudulent” chargeback, Delta Force Paintball reserves the right to submit these terms, your signed waiver, and staff logs as evidence of contract fulfillment. We reserve the right to recover administrative costs incurred in defending meritless disputes..
